PURPOSE:To improve magnetic performance, dimensional accuracy, mechanical strength, etc., by directly integrating a granular composite material of liquid quenched Fe-B-R (where the R is Nd or/and Pr) magnet material and a bonding agent with a supporting member. CONSTITUTION:In a resin magnet structure or the like employed as the rotor member of a permanent magnet rotor, a granular composite material 8 of liquid quenched Fe-B-R (where the R is Nd or/and Pr) magnet material and coupling agent (e.g., epoxy resin composition) is filled in a cavity of a metal mold member having a supporting member 7 made of a laminated annular electromagnetic steel plate, a die 2, a lower punch 3, a lower float core 4, an upper float core 5, etc. In this case, only the member 7 is heated to the softening temperature or higher of a bonding material. The material 8 is compressed in a high density to form a press-adhered green body 9. Thus, the whole body 9 is directly integrated with the member 7 as a resin magnet structure. |
