The aminoacid called L-threonine is isolated of the fermentative soil, so that the fermentative soil is filtered through the membranes with their pits of a maximum size 0,3 microns, while the first part of the product is prepared based on the evaporation and crystallisation of the colature. The mixture containing the first mother limes, washing water closed to the first and the second crystallisation is purified based on the ultra filtration with the use of membranes having a transmittance max. value of 50 000 daltons and together with a thickening with the use of vaporiser and the subsequent crystallisation the second part of the product is prepared. The second mother's limes are going back to the technological process, either to the fermetnative soil or to the colature. A high efficiency and a high quality of the first and the second part of the product is reached, as a result of this procedure, it means more than 98 percent of L-threonine which is used for fattening of agricultural animals.
