摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a mold temperature controller for a vulcanizing machine suitably controlling the temperature of the mold without a complicated regulating operation even if the conditions are altered. CONSTITUTION: Predetermined heating is conducted by heaters 16, 17, and the responding speeds of molds 12, 13 and heating platens 14, 15 are detected by responding speed detecting means according to the temperature changes of the molds 12, 13 and the platens 14, 15. At the time of vulcanizing, the difference from the target temperature of the mold is detected by a differential amplifier 24, the responding speed is referred by an inverting amplifier 25, the temperature difference is amplified by a predetermined amplification factor to obtain the temperature deviation of the mold, and the target temperature of the platen is set by a first fuzzy inference unit 31. The temperature difference of the platen from the target temperature is detected by a differential amplifier 33, the responding speed of the platen is referred by an inverting amplifier 34, the temperature difference of the platen is amplified by a predetermined amplification factor to obtain the temperature deviation of the platen. The operating amount of the heater is decided by a second fuzzy inference unit 40 based on the deviation and the temperature change of the platen, and the heater is controlled by a heater controller 42.
