PURPOSE: To provide a method low in environmental pollution and capable of separating emulsion at low cost. CONSTITUTION: The emulsion consisting of water and oil and a bacterial cell of a bacteria belonging to Aeromonas group and capable of separating oil-water emulsion are mixed, thereby, a water layer and a flocculated layer consisting of the bacterial cell and the oil are formed, and these layers are separated. The emulsion can easily separated in about 30min. |
