PURPOSE: To obtain recyclable asphalt sheets contributing to reducing the quantity of industrial wastes involved in shredder dust, by mixing petroleum asphalt with a mixture of iron powder, organic fillers and fibrous material followed by conducting a kneading and making the kneaded product into a sheet which is, in turn, cut out to a specified shape. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of (A) pref. 20-70wt.% (based on the final asphalt sheet) of iron powder 3 with a particle diameter of 5-700μm, (B) pref. 15-75wt.% of organic fillers 5, 6 such as of resin 100-1000μm in particle diameter, and (C) pref. 1-20wt.% of a fibrous material 4 such as of polyester, is incorporated with pref. 15-65wt.% of molten petroleum asphalt T such as semi-blown asphalt followed by conducting a kneading and making the kneaded product into a sheet which is, in turn, cut out to a specified shape. For the organic filters 5, 6, the 1st organic filler 5 is pref. a resin, rubber, oil, etc., and the 2nd organic filler 6 is pref. woodmeal, fruit crust powder, waste paper, etc.
