PURPOSE: To provide a noodle boiling device capable of imparting a strength in chewiness to noodles by elevating the pressure in the boiling vessel to reduce the time of boiling. CONSTITUTION: This noodle boiling device capable of making the whole of the boiling vessel airtight in a state of closing the loading port 3 and the discharging port 4 for noodles is obtained by installing a pressure regulating room 5 separated by 2 doors 6, 6' maintaining a distance at the loading port, a pressure regulating room 5' formed by a bottom plate forming its bottom surface as a reversed cone shape, a single door 7 communicating with the noodle boiling vessel, etc., at the discharging port, forming a hole 12 communicating to the outside at the lower end bottom part of the pressure regulating room 5' and also arranging a spherical plug 10 fitting to the hole as freely attachable and detachable through a line 11 to a forward and reverse rotating shaft 8 spanned across in the pressure regulating room 5' connecting each of the pressure regulating rooms to the boiling vessel respectively with pipes 14, 14' each having an opening and closing valve and arranging other opening and closing valves open to the outside in the respective pressure regulating rooms. |
