PURPOSE: To prevent a hydrated powder from sticking to a hopper in finishing part by enabling the smooth taking out of the powder in a powder tank without retention in the tank and providing a stirring blade in a mixer with functions to spatter on the inner wall of the mixer. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for producing a conical rotating guide is obtained by installing a rotating guide in a powder tank 2, forming the surface facing to the rotating direction of stirring blade provided nearly at 45 deg. angle at a rotating shaft of a mixer 16 along a slope successively reducing the wall thickness from the base end to the tip, connecting a hopper 28 provided between a powder takeout port of the mixer and a finishing part 26 to a rotating mechanism and bringing a scraping off rod into slide contact with the inner peripheral surface of the hopper. |
