PURPOSE: To increase traffic safety, by providing protruded slant ribs to give appropriate shocks to vehicles on a mark line of a road face. CONSTITUTION: Slant ribs 2 protruding on a mark line 1 of a road face are shaped to form a nearly trapezoidal section and a nearly rectangular plan and further, a flat face at the top. And the front and rear faces against the longitudinal direction of the slant rib mark line 1 in the peripheral faces of the slant ribs 2 are shaped to form tapered faces 2a, 2b with a required angle. And the diagonal angle α against the slant rib mark line 1 is optionally decided within about 5-89 decrees and besides, the length of long and short sides of the slant ribs 2, the height thereof, the angles of curved faces 2a, 2b, and the distance between the slant ribs 2, are also optional. |
