PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a change or a repair of a stationary structure and a changeover between an air and an steam cooling structures by connecting an inner shell, which carries plural nozzles and shrouds and which has a passage for heating medium, to an outer shell so that the radial movement and the circumferential movement of the inner shell is hindered and that the thermal expansion of the inner shell in the radial direction in relation to the outer shell is enabled. SOLUTION: An inner shell 72 carries an inlet and an outlet pipes 84, 86 for heating medium, which cools and heats each blade of a first and a second stage nozzle static blades 54, 56. The inlet and the outlet pipes 84, 86 are passed through openings of an outer shell 70, which are arranged close to each other, and connected to an inlet and an outlet pipe joints, which are fitted to the inner shell 72, and the heating medium enters a plenum 78 through the outer shell 70, and the heating medium, which entered inner plenums 78, 80, is discharged. Radial movement and circumferential movement of the inner shell 72 is hindered by a pin connection as a connecting means between the inner and the outer shells 72, 70 so as to enable the thermal expansion of the inner shell 72 in the radial direction in relation to the outer shell 70. The inner shell 72 is thereby expanded in response to the heating medium freely to be controlled so as to control a space between shrouds 74, 76 in relation to the tips of the moving blades 46, 48. |
