摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a pressed juice of a vegetable without adding an amine smell by treating it by a weakly basic anion exchange resin treated with an organic acid, hardly giving out an offensive smell, useful as a vegetable juice, etc. CONSTITUTION: An organic acid is adsorbed on a weakly acidic anion exchange resin. Then a vegetable juice is treated with the weakly acidic anion exchange resin to prevent amines from transferring to the vegetable juice by the resin treatment. Before the resin treatment, the organic acid is also added to the vegetable juice, the vegetable juice is adjusted to pH about 3.0 to 4.5 to prevent deterioration of the vegetable juice. The pH of the vegetable Juice requires pH to be equal to or higher than that of the resin.
