PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing cover body capable of separation surely by extending a pull torn line of an inside cap from a rim edge of a needle insertion range to a wall surface of the inside cap in the radius direction and further extending substantially to almost a lower flange rim part, and ending at a specified distance from the flange rim edge. SOLUTION: A pull torn tongue part 16 of an outer cap 11 extends inside a finger hooking opening 15, and the part 16 has a wall curved to the outer side of a cap wall 13. A plurality of pull torn lines 17 are formed to extend upward at a top of the part 16 and the lines extend symmetrically to the dia. of a cap body 1 along the circumference. The cap 11 partitions the sectorial pull torn range at a connection part of the cover 10. A gripped opening 15 forms a sectorial form recess 19 extending toward the upper direction and is arranged at a short distance from the lower part of the terminal point of the line 17. The terminal part of the pull torn line 17 is curved round downward concentrically to correspond to the sectorial form recess 19 and the recess 19 extends in the start range of the pull torn tongue 16.
