<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a disk case wherein numerous cases can be stacked so that chemical treatment and annealing can be efficiently performed by providing a U-shaped cut on a pair of side walls and providing, at four corners of a case bottom, engaging parts which can be engaged with engaging parts provided at an upper end of the U-shaped cut of other cases. CONSTITUTION: A disk case preferred for transporting and storing disks has a structure with upper, lower and side parts of the case opened so as to allow processing fluid to flow sufficiently on a disk face while a disk 1 is being received in the case. A U-shaped cut 21 is provided on a pair of side walls, and engaging parts 24 to be engaged with an engaging part 25 provided at an upper end of the cut 21 of another case to allow cases to be stacked are provided at four corners of a case bottom. The cut 21 is formed with a recessed groove 22 on an upper face, wherein a hanging part 31 of a lid 30 is fitted into the groove 22, and its lower end is engaged with a hole 23 on a bottom of the groove 22 to hold the lid 30.</p> |
