PURPOSE: To facilitate inspections of a deteriorated state by arranging a large number of reinforcing fiber threads side by side and arranging conductive threads whose rupture elongation is small with an unified spacing between the reinforcing threads thus arranged side by side. CONSTITUTION: A large number of reinforcing of fiber threads comprising carbon fiber, glass fiber or polyaramid fibers are arranged side by side where conductive fibers 2 comprising metal fibers are arranged with an unified spacing between the fiber reinforcing threads 1. A fine auxiliary thread 2 is alternately crossed with the reinforcing fiber threads 1 and the conductive threads 2, thereby weaving and forming reinforcing fiber sheet. The sheet is bonded with the surface of concrete, thereby building up a concrete structure. Then, this reinforcing fiber sheet is molded on the fiber reinforcing plastic board. It is, therefore, possible to inspect accurately a deteriorated state of concrete reinforced and repaired with the fiber reinforcing plastics. |
