PURPOSE: To insert a pouring port smoothly into a hole of a cardboard package from the inside thereof by providing a pouring port plug main body to be mounted in the hole of the cardboard package and a hinged cap and forming an outer peripheral face of the cap into the shape of a circular arc face, in a pouring port which is mounted to and used for a cardboard package to be filled with liquid such as juice. CONSTITUTION: A pouring port 31 comprises a pouring port plug main body 24 and a hinged cap 23, and the pouring port plug main body 24 has a mounting seat 25, which extends outward and is provided at a lower end of a cylindrical peripheral wall 24a of the plug main body 24, and a pull ring 26 provided inside the peripheral wall 24a to define an opening by tearing a seal member 32, which is provided at the bottom of the plug main body 24, at thin-wall portions 33. The cap 23 provided protuberantly with a finger hooking protrusion 36 has a continuously formed face composed of a circular arc face 37 whose outer periphery corresponds to corner parts on a top board side, and an outer peripheral edge side circular arc face 38 whose diameter is different from that of the circular arc face 37. Also, the mounting seat 25 has a linear part provided at its outer edge to effect the positional regulation of the mounting seat, and reinforcing ribs are protrusively provided on an underface of the mounting seat along the linear part. |
