PURPOSE: To make a masking layer transparent without generating shavings by a method wherein a masking layer composed of a perforated material which has a masking property and can be made transparent, is formed in a scratching product such as a lot, a card, etc., to which a devise is applied so as to represent a character, an image, etc., in scratching. CONSTITUTION: A perforated sheet for scratching has a masking layer 1 composed of a perforated material which has a masking property and can be made transparent. For the masking layer 1, the layer itself becomes opaque by diffusion of light owing to innumerable blowholes in resin, and a character or the like on a foundation can be masked. Then, the masking layer 1 is made transparent by breaking innumerable blowholes in the masking layer 1 by heating, pressurizing, etc. Though such the masking layer 1 sometimes generates shavings since the masking layer 1 is shaved when it is scratched, a protective layer 2 is provided on the masking layer 1 in order to prevent the shaving from being generated. For the protective layer 2 a resin having no-masking property is provided by a means of coating or the like. |
