When the customer conducts financial transaction at an ATM 31 by using the bankbook 20 or a cash card, or when the bankbook 20 is treated at the window terminal 32 of the bank, the magnetic information of the bankbook 20 or the card is transmitted to a CPU 33. The CPU 33 records the transaction content in a customer's information file 34, records the point responsive to the transaction degree, and displays the point on the bankbook 20 at a each preset period. The financial institution gives a service responsive to the number of the points such as the service of replacement with a premium to the customer. |
