PURPOSE: To provide a plastically deformed part deformed by an urging force in a webbing pulling-out direction between a clamp housing and a frame and to move the clamp housing in the webbing pulling-out direction and to make a structure simpler and to facilitate the sharing of parts with many kinds of structures. CONSTITUTION: When a vehicle is rapidly decelerated, a clutch pawl 52 engages with an engaging tooth 38 of a V gear 36 and in this state a webbing 28 is pulled to rotate a clutch disc 44 in the webbing pulling-out direction and thus to move a clamp 72 in the same direction, thereby pinching the webbing 28. An end part of an engaging hole 66 and an end part of a communicating hole 210 are plastically deformed to move a clamp housing 60 with a clamp 72 with the webbing 28 pinched, whereby the webbing 28 is pulled out by a displacement of movement. As a result, a spool 18 is rotated to move the clutch disc 44 to the second position and to break an obstacle projection 104, thereby rotating the spool 18 relatively to the V gear 36 in the webbing pulling-out direction. |
