<p>PURPOSE: To miniaturize an electromagnetic solenoid without an increase in heat generation and cost simultaneously with reducing noise and ensuring locking function. CONSTITUTION: A shaft 12 integrally has a projection 13 for a stopper. A stopper 14 is reciprocally moved between a working position projecting in the rotating path of the projection 13 for a stopper and a working-releasing position backed from the rotating path and is usually located at the working position. A cam plate 21 is urged by a compression coil spring 22 to a position where the stopper pin 14 is pushed up when an electric current is not passed through an electromagnetic solenoid 16 and the shaft 12 is rotated in the direction of an arrow W, but when an electric current is passed through an electromagnetic solenoid 16 and the shaft 12 is rotated, the compression coil spring 22 is compressed and deformed and rotated to the position backed from a rotation controlling part 13a of the top of the projection 13 for a stopper, thereby controlling the rotation of the shaft 12 by the rotation controlling part 13a abutting on the stopper pin 14.</p> |
