PURPOSE: To prepare a cooking sheet which is useful in giving decoration effect to sweets such as cookie, cake or chocolate, hot cake or food products such as omelette or boiled fish paste so that the design, pattern or letters on the sheet can be seen as if they were directly made on the surface of these food products. CONSTITUTION: This cooking sheet is eatable and becomes clear or transparent, when water or oil on the surface of a food product is absorbed by the sheet or the sheet is adhered to the surface with water or oil. A clear and edible sheet which can be softened, molten or dissolved is used as a base material and a pattern is printed on the sheet surface with an edible ink to give the objective cooking sheet. |
