PURPOSE: To provide a safety device for a winding machine in which a limit switch and a weight to actuate this can be easily position-adjusted and installed. CONSTITUTION: A weight 25 to actuate a limit switch 21 is installed on an auxiliary wire 23 having a removal-preventing member 29 at a lower end to be position-adjustable, it is installed on a wire rope 7 for winding at specified positions A, B through an insertion part of the weight 25, and the position of the weight 25 to the auxiliary wire 23 is adjusted, and it is fixed by a fixing screw 28. Position relation of the limit switch 21 to the weight 25 can thus be changed, thereby a safety device can be easily installed at site of different rising end positions. |
