PURPOSE: To obtain a porous sheet having flexibility, pliant feeling and excellent strength and useful for a disposable diaper, etc., by molding a melted and blended material of a resin composition, etc., composed of a polyolefin resin, etc., to a sheet and stretching under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION: A melted and blended material of (A) a resin composition composed of (i) 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin resin such as PE and (ii) preferably 50-400 pts.wt. of a filler such as calcium carbonate, or (B) a resin composition composed of 100 pts.wt. of the component (i) and (iii) preferably 10-100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin immiscible to the component (i) is molded to a sheet, the resultant sheet is stretched at >=1.05 times in a transverse direction on a pair of emboss roll having a design wherein a projecting part of one roll to correspond to a depressing part of the other roll and the design are stripes in vertical direction to a roll axis, and stretched at 1.2-4.0 times in a longitudinal direction to obtain the objective porous sheet. |
