PURPOSE: To prevent a fixed end of an opening tab of a container from breaking and improve the easiy unsealable property when the container is used, by a method wherein the upper part of the container is sealed, the opening tab is provided on the outside of one of tack flaps, whichever is used as a pour spout, and an auxiliary film is adhered on the tack flap so that it covers the fixed end and an area inside the opening-tab. CONSTITUTION: A blank of a gable top paper container is cut out according to the shape of the container and score lines 4 are made at the same time. To form an opening tab 2 at a position in a section to be a tack flap 5 and to be used as a pour spout when the container is formed, a score 1 is made with the upper end to be the fixed end of the opening tab 2 remaining uncut. The score 1 is a half-cut or a perforation that does not penetrate the laminate material that forms the container. A T-shaped auxiliary film 3 is bonded so that its horizontal part covers the fixed end of the pull-tab 2 and its vertical part covers an area inside the pull-tab 2. |
