<p>(A) 7-Aminodesacetoxycephalosporanates (I) and their toluene- and naphthalene- sulphonic acid salts. R = 2, 2, 2-trichloroethyl, PhCH2OCH2, t-Bu, p-MeO-phenyl, 3, 5-(MeO)2-benzyl, p-MeO-benzyl (B) 7-Acylaminodesacetoxycephalosporanic acids (II) prepd. from (I) (I) are intermediates in the prepn. of (II), which are desacetoxycephalosporins of interest as antibiotics.
