PURPOSE: To ensure freedom from a problem related to a sense of shame or privacy, and enable a person to relieve himself /herself in an unassisted condition, whenever desired. CONSTITUTION: This device has a frame 12, a slide table 14 movable in a horizontal direction relative thereto, a first travel guide mechanism 16 for moving the table 14 in a horizontal direction, and a lift table 18 movable in a vertical direction, ' second travel guide mechanism 20 for moving the table 18 in a vertical direction and a medical care toilet 22 mounted on the table 18. According to this construction, the toilet 22 can be made to move between a housing section under a bed where a cared person is lying, and a home position on the upper surface of the bed. In addition, the toilet 22 reciprocates between the home position and a position near person's buttocks. |
