PURPOSE: To be able to develop predetermined function without decreasing in transparency due to repetition of flexing or inflexion by providing a reversible thermally discoloring layer on a support via an undercoating layer, and laminating an overcoating layer on the discoloring layer made of specific composition. CONSTITUTION: The temperature dependent color memorizable resin laminate 1 varying in color and transparency depending upon a temperature change and having a temperature difference between a low temperature side trigger and a high temperature side trigger of 10 to 50 deg.C, comprises a reversible thermally discoloring layer 4 provided on a support 2 via an undercoating layer 3, and an overcoating layer 5 laminated on the layer 4. The layer 4 is provided by fixing thermally discoloring component made of homogeneous compatible material containing compound selected from electron donative coloring organic compound alcohols, esters, and ketones in fine particle-like dispersed state into matrix resin containing vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer having a number-average molecular weight of 4000 to 15000 as indispensable ingredient. |
