PURPOSE: To decrease a water/binder ratio and improve the fluidity and compressive strength by using a specific cement, a water-reducing agent, aggregate and water as the components of the objective hydraulic composition. CONSTITUTION: This cement-based hydraulic composition is produced by compounding 5-60 pts.wt. of cement having an aluminum content of 0.5-2.5wt.%, 0.5-8 pts.wt. (based on 100 pts.wt. of the cement) of a water-reducing agent, 40-95 pts.wt. of aggregate (the total solid content is 100 pts.wt.) and 15-60 pts.wt. (based on 100 pts.wt. of the cement) of water. The composition is compacted and formed by the application of centrifugal force or vibration and cured to obtain a cured cement having a compressive strength of >=125Mpa. |
