PURPOSE: To prevent the bulking out of the liquidus generated from the brazing filler metal under the heating condition from bonded surfaces when bonding materials to be bonded are bonded while interposing the brazing filler metal between the surfaces to be bonded. CONSTITUTION: An alloy material (solidus S1 ) for covering which realizes the peritectic reaction with the liquidus L is arranged around the brazing filler metal 9 between surfaces 4, 5 to be bonded of members 2, 3 to be bonded. Under the heated condition, the peritectic reaction of S1 +L→S2 is generated, and the clearance between the surfaces 4, 5 is covered by the solidus S2 which is crystallized from the reaction. |
