PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device having the excellent abrasion resistance, which can be easily manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: A locking device 10 includes a locking bolt 12. The locking bolt 12 is provided with a locking main body 14, and the locking main body 14 is formed into the cylindrical shape as a whole. A striker plate 18 is formed with a locking opening 16 formed into an interpolated shape with the locking main body 14. The locking bolt 12 is locked with the striker plate 18 by snap- fitting the locking main body 14 in the locking opening 16. The locking bolt 12 is provided with an impact resistant ring 76, and the impact resistant ring 76 is provided so as to surround an area of the locking main body 14, which contacts with the peripheral edge of the locking opening 16 at the time of locking the locking bolt 12. |
