PURPOSE: To make it possible to continuously treat a large amt. of crude refuse to a pollution-free and to form incineratable compressed refuse by successively providing the above device with respective treatments to pulverize the charged crude refuse, to compress and dehydrate the crude refuse and to form mold this crude refuse to compressed refuse. CONSTITUTION: The crude refuse M charged into a charging section 3 is pulverized by the successively disposed crushing sections 5. Simultaneously the refuse without contg. the water and contg. the water at a low ratio incorporated into the crude refuse M are treated into the liquefied refuse state similar to the ordinary crude refuse M contg. the water at a high ratio. The crude refuse is then sent to the water squeezing and compressing section 7 disposed successively to the crushing section 5, where the pulverized and liquefied refuse is compressed and squeezed of water. As a result, the volume of the refuse is reduced and the incineratable compressed refuse Z having no need for drying is obtd. The one side of the water squeezing and compressing section 7 is provided with a refuse recovering section 8 for recovering the compressed refuse Z and is provided with a residual water recovering section 9 for recovering the squeezed residual water Y. The crude refuse M is continuously treated by such constitution. |
