The coating may also contain 4-6 percent by mass of seasoning, which consists of black pepper, marjoram, lovage, estragon, nutmeg, hot paprika and chilli, or 4-6 percent by mass of seasoning, which consists of marjoram, black pepper, hot paprika, savoury, powdered garlic and powdered onion.
