A sun baffle for use in a double glazing unit, comprising pivotable slats (2) mounted in a frame consisting of vertical frame members (3) and horizontal frame members (4) containing means for supporting and controlling the position of the slats (2). The slats (2) are supported and controlled by means of a straight rack (5) movable between two positions and engageable by a plurality of cogs (13) with a shaft (13) supporting the end of each slat (2). A motor (20, 21) is used to control the movement of the side racks (5).
