Circuit for representing radio or television programme information

The circuit receives, isolates and displays information associated with a programme, loaded into the nth line of a composite video signal. The circuit contains a switching unit which selectively outputs the video signal received via an antenna during recording mode or general mode, or in the replay mode. The unit may output the composite video signal for a reproduced programme. A data separator isolates the teletext information in the switch output signal. A first storage device stores the programme information from the data separator. A second storage device reads the programme information coinciding with an identifying number of a programme to be recorded, and stores the information for each programme number. A controller manages the data separation function and the read/write functions of the storage devices. A display shows the information held in the storage devices.
