Flat solar radiation heat collector

A flat high-efficiency solar radiant heat collector has the absorber layer through which the heat-carrying fluid circulates, sited behind at least two transparent layers, preferably glass panes which are proof against breakage or impact. A photovoltaic safety circuit protects the system against overheating. The absorber layer consists of a plastic layer dosed with a 6% to 16% (but preferably 12%) carbon pigment with a particle size of less than four microns. The plastic layer has a lifetime of at least 260 hours against decomposition in the boiling heat-carrying fluid.
