A spinarette beam, for spinning continuous thermoplastic filaments, has a hollow box which is enclosed on all sides and impermeable to gases and liq., as the pump block (5). The channels are formed by pipes (6, 7) through the box walls, to open at the outer box (5) walls. The pump block (5) is partially filled with a heat carrier fluid (17) and its vapour.
