Situated between the back (1) of a car and the garage door is a swivel device with driving arm (4) on which the cycle (3) can be fixed. The swivel device can swivel about a vertical rotary bearing (7) into an area in front of the garage and outside of the vehicle driving area, and back into the garage. The driving arm is freely rotatably about a horizontal axis through the horizontal rotary bearing (10) mounted on a rotary arm (8) of the swivel device. The swivel device can be driven mechanically, hydraulically or electrically. The swivel device can be driven along a linear guide (12) in the longitudinal direction of the garage.
