The nut or screw has a first set of surface proportions (5) for its driving face (3) which is screwing down by a correspondingly-shaped key (4). The nut or screw has a second set (6) of proportions for its driving face by which the key unscrews it. There is at least one pressure bulb (7) on one of the surfaces having the second set of proportions. This bulb occurs through surface pressure caused by the key loosening/unscrewing the nut or screw.
