Roof lining material

The roof lining material has an upper layer (4), a lower layer (2) and a centre layer (3). Openings (6) in the upper (4) and lower (2) layers give air exchange between the upper and lower sides of the material (1) and the water vapour-permeable centre layer (3). A water deflection zone of the centre (3) and/or lower (2) layers is below the section of the upper layer (4) fitted with openings (6). Pref. the upper (4) and lower (2) layers are divided into zones with openings (6) and zones without openings (6). The positions of the upper and lower layers (4, 2) are shifted so that a zone with openings (6) in the upper layer (4) faces an opening-free zone at the lower layer (2), and vice versa. The outer layers (4, 2) are webs of plastics or bitumen materials, and they can be of a polypropylene felting.
