Demoulding device for carousel-type glass moulding machine

A demoulding device (9), located downstream of a cooling region (8) of a carousel-type centrifugal glass moulding machine having a circle of mould units (3) which move between a gob-filling station and the cooling region (8), has suction cups (11) which describe a closed circuit (12) and which can be moved up and down to grip the moulded glass objects. The novelty is that the closed circuit (12) has an arcuate portion (A) superimposed over a certain length of the circular path (4) of the mould units (3), gripping of the moulded glass objects by the suction cups (11) being carried out in this arcuate portion (A).
