Cooking burner centered on an injector

The gas cooker comprises a cooking plate (1) and a pot burner comprising a body (4) and a ring (3) placed on it. A central pipe (30) delimits with the body a gas-air mixing chamber (31). The body which is made by stamping with the cooking plate has a lower orifice (5) for the passage of an injector (6) with a longitudinal axis (XX'). Four centralising fins (33) centralise the central pipe on the injector longitudinal axis. The injector is held by a tubular part (70) of an injector holder (7) which passes through the body lower orifice and is fixed to it by a nut (8). The centralising fins, which extend from the central pipe, are supported laterally against the nut. The burner ring is placed on the body by radial positioning fins (32) supported on the cooking plate.
