The operating unit (24) has a ratchet wheel (25) to convert the drive-side movement of a manually operated swivel lever (26) into an output-side rotary movement in one or other rotary direction. The swivel lever can be swivelled for repeated release of the ratchet about a turning angle which is freely selectable within a maximum possible turning angle. The ratchet wheel has an inner part (27) on the output side with cylindrical outer face and an outer part (28) which can be coupled rotationally secured to the swivel lever and encloses the inner part leaving a ring gap (29) containing two spatially fixed stops and clamping bodies.
