The invention refers to shoes with a device for light marking of an individual while walking or moving, where into each heel of any type of shoes (shoes, boots, gym shoes) a light element, which functions with interruptions, is inserted in such a way that both of the elements inserted into a pair of shoes effectively mark an individual while walking. Shoe-wear with a device for light marking has inserted in a heel light modules - each of them is composed of casing (1, 1', 1''), light element (2, 2',2''), contact spring part (3, 3',3'') and source of energy (4, 4', 4'') - in such a way that the axis of a light element is around 45 degrees away from the shoe axis. In addition, the edge of the heel is processed in such a way that prevents the light from being concentrated into a point, but permits light in stripes and enables light beam expansion in the area within an angle of 45 to 60 degrees. Positions of the light modules inserted into heels together enable an optimal angle of marking of a participant in traffic from behind.
