The panel comprises a plate (14) which can be arranged to swing out from a holder (12), which is mounted on a wall (15), door or between stands and on a lateral hinge which has a vertical axis (11). The closing strip (25) on the plate end furthest from the hinge can form a locking device fixing the plate to the holder. The horizontal rails (20) forming the guides and the mating grooves in the panels, can end short of the edges. The rails are interrupted to form protrusions (22), behind which lugs (26) on the locking strip engage, so as to prevent the panels sliding.
