[Also in Divisions C1 and F3] Polyurethane foam impregnated with talc is prepared by stirring the talc into a mixture of polyethylene glycol of low and high molecular weight, castor oil, totyl di-isocyanate and acetyl chloride, adding to the resultant mixture glycerol, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol nioxdiol and dibutyl tin di-2-ethyl hexoate, and curing the mixture at 210‹ F. for at least 2 hours. MgO or 5i0 2 or a mixture of both can be used in place of the talc. |
