发明名称 METHOD OF APPLYING MULTICOMPONENT COATING ON STEEL PARTS
摘要 FIELD: Chemical and thermal processing steel parts operated under hard conditions. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at increasing operational resistance of steel parts subjected to high cyclically varying temperatures and stresses, high wear, and chemical action of aggressive media by way of creating more fine-grain structure of coating. Another aim is to improve hygiene and sanitary work condition and quality of coating through using saturating components in the form of preliminarily pressed mixture of finely dispersed powders. Method consists in combining process of vacuum- diffusion saturation of surface with various components and constant temperature-cycling process which favors activation of saturation process, possibility of lowering processing temperature, reducing process duration, and producing more fine grain in the coating structure. The latter in turn promotes this coating's acquiring, along with hardness and strength, higher plasticity and thereby higher wear resistance, thermal resistance, and impact strength. To further improve quality of coating, between pressed saturating powder mixture having the shape of surface being processed and the surface itself, a clearance to avoid contact vapor-phase deposition of saturating components is available. To reduce power consumption of process and increase its output, vacuum-diffusion process is combined with subsequent heat treatment. EFFECT: improved quality of coating in many respects. 4 cl
