FIELD: cement production. SUBSTANCE: factory comprises functional plants arranged in technological line to produce and treat raw materials mixture, and interconnected through conveying units. The factory is made in the form of sealed module with the above plants and conveying units placed inside. The plants, in turn, are placed in sealed cases or jackets, and conveying units (conveyors, transport vehicles etc.) into pipelines connected to cases (jackets) through sealed joints of the appropriate plants. EFFECT: such factory arrangement results in minimizing cement effluents and industrial dust to the environment. 1 dwg |
