<p>A novel guide member by which a fastening material and a urethane mold are integrally formed, and an integral forming method using the guide member. The guide member comprises a guide portion in the form of an elongated body which is opened at least one end thereof and is shaped to have a concave cross section, and isolation members provided near both ends of the guide portion. The isolation members are detachable and engage with a fastening surface of a fastening member to effectively shut off entry of a liquid foaming material. The integral forming method using the guide member enables embedding the ends of the fastening member in a urethane mold and improving the peel strength at low cost.</p> |
