FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: during waste melting that contains heavy metal compounds the melt composition is corrected up to oxide content at the following ratio, wt.-%: silicon oxide 55-65; aluminium oxide 10-22; iron oxides 3-6; alkaline metal oxides 3-7; alkaline-earth metal oxides 3-7, and heavy metal oxides 0.1-5. The cooled melt-glass melt is milled and organic and binding materials were added for granule formation and their swelling at amount, respectively 0.5-1.5 and 1.5-15%. Filling agent properties: density is 295-350 kg/m, strength is 3-5 kgf/cm, acid resistance is 97.5-98%, alkali resistance is 82-90%, stability in water is 99.9%. EFFECT: improved method, enhanced quality of agent. |
