摘要 FIELD: radio engineering, superconducting device technology. SUBSTANCE: microstrip line has superconducting electrodes separated by dielectric layer and some electrodes have ferroelectric substrate with electrocaloristical property within operating region of temperature. It gives possibility to control magnetic field penetration depth into superconducting electrodes and microstrip line DISPERSION characteristic changing simultaneously by substrate heating using. To provide substrate heating electric circuit is composed by one strip contact and current conducting covering at opposite side of ferroelectric substrate. The same can be done by retaining electrode using made as member of external electronic block. To provide microstrip line operating at low frequency band regime it is advisable to fit it with thermoretaining enclosure. EFFECT: higher speed of operating, more fast response of dispersion capability.
