FIELD: program switches for TV devices, other radio engineering devices which circuits run low currents and have low voltage level. SUBSTANCE: device is located in housing, which sizes are 25*188*178 mm, and is designed as two rods, one of which is metal one, another one is insulating. Insulating rod is connected to metal one rigidly and carries movable contacts. Upper part of metal rod has "LOCK" unit which enters comb fringes. This results in locking of rods in lower position when movable contacts are connected to immovable ones which are located on insulated sleeve. Release of connected contacts is achieved by means of pressing of arbitrary button from set of twelve ones. Release unit of corresponding button moves comb to side position, comb fringe goes out from locking unit and rods are driven to starting upper position under force of return spring, which is located inside metal rod. Upper end of return spring is pressed against rod, lower one to resting bed. Smooth and precise motion of rods are achieved by means of middle and rest beds which are designed as plates which are common for all bands. This results in possibility to eliminate slants of rod movements. Rods in lower position are locked by means of comb pressing spring which locks comb when contacts are connected. Device provides possibility to eliminate rotating members which are present in drum switches and to replace them by reciprocal movement of rods which carry locking members, release members, and return spring which presses pistons up, and comb pressing spring. Fact that movable contacts are located on lower rod provides possibility of their tight connection to immovable contacts, which are located on insulated sleeve. EFFECT: decreased size, low weight, increased reliability of switching contacts, simplified design, lack of complex tuning in manufacturing and use, increased efficiency. |
