GRANULES CONTAINING PRANLUKAST, PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE GRANULES, AND METHOD OF LOWERING COHESIVENESS OF PRANLUKAST

Spray-dried granules containing pranlukast (A) and at least one saccharide (B) as the essential ingredients and further containing at least one water-soluble polymer (C) and/or at least one surfactant (D). Although pranlukast is endowed with an extremely strong cohesiveness, the process of the invention can efficiently provide granules containing hardly cohesive pranlukast and having a narrow granular size distribution and a good fluidity. The granules can be used for continuously producing capsules, tablets and other products containing the same without posing any problems, and the obtained products can be well disintegrated or dispersed.
